The Evening and Overnight Services Pharmacy Manager is a full-time position working a 7 on 7 off evening (2nd shift) schedule. The pharmacy leader works collaboration with pharmacy leadership, operations, and clinical pharmacy teams to provide exceptions care for patients at UVA Health. This Manager will work with technician and pharmacist teams on planning, organizing, identifying processes for improvements, and maintaining pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The position is fast-paced and have a wide scope of daily duties as the primary leader during evening hours in the inpatient hospital pharmacy. This position oversee the inpatient operations overnight pharmacists and evening operations technicians for the 671 bed academic medical center. This position involves personnel management, project management, regulatory oversight, and interdisciplinary collaboration. UVA is seeking qualified applicants to add to the pharmacy administration team looking to lead teams in the inpatient university hospital environment.
