We are seeking a Manager, Information Security, to join our client's Security organization. The Information Security team is responsible for protecting the confidential, integrity, and availability of client's data and systems in our core systems and platforms. Day to day you will focus on finding proactive solutions to implementing and enforcing Identity access protocols. This will include understanding the company environment and assessing the best way to deploy the protocols and policies for Identity and Access Management. As a manager, you will partner cross-functionally with the IT team and Business groups to deliver Identity and Access Management security across our platforms.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Rate: 175,000-180,000k/year



Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) between IT and the lines of business in the development of appropriate policies, standards, frameworks and tools regarding identity and access management.
  • Implement identity and access management tools and protocols to ensure compliance issues are mitigated, risks are accounted for, and exceptions are tracked in accordance with frameworks, policies and standards set.
  • Manage user access to systems, applications, and data while performing risk assessments.
  • Educate stakeholders on Identity access related matters in an effort to increase awareness and improve processes.
  • Constructively engage business partners regarding identity and access design and implementation.



Experience Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working in a complex environment with a specific on identity, access and/or cybersecurity.
  • Strong ability to convey complex information risk and security issues in a manner that is easily understood and actionable and constructively challenges prevailing thoughts and processes.
  • Has good judgment, a sense of urgency and has demonstrated commitment to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity.
  • Experience managing and configuring Microsoft Entra and Purview applications.
  • Approximately 10% travel may be required in support of the position's responsibilities.



Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
