The team for you to join We are looking for a Technical Sales Account Manager for Dairy segment, in this roll you will have a direct report to a Head of Sales Dairy and the responsibility to support technically the sales team with all existing and potential customer and distributors, during trials, trainings, troubleshooting, optimization and innovation. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly engaged people with a passion for sustainable development of our business, dedicated to sales and technical support for dairy customers. What would your role look like?
We are looking for a Food Engineer/Graduate, Food Technologist, Food Chemist, Biochemist, Biotechnologist, Microbiologist with experience in the dairy and/or food industry.
Your main tasks will be:
Follow technical and commercial strategies in the region, working in compliance with agreed vision, company policies and guidelines (principles) and local regulations.
Secures existing business from customers throughout the technical support.
Perform excellence in trials as a standard to deliver high performance to customers.
Attend customers complaints and solves routine industry problems on-site (i.e. new products and uses, product performance)
Troubleshooting - support with an issue for internal projects, protect existing sales, sales project generation and sales project support.
Optimization - to optimize an existing product.
Innovation - help to create a new product according to customer requirement.
Provides timely reports and information as required by management and use internal systems as part of daily work.
Create networkingwith colleagues inside the company to increase support to customers.
Participate in internal trainings and technical groups in order to generate internal knowledge for the team.
Responsible for budgets, sales and commercial agreements with assigned clients seeking compliance with these.
Provide comprehensive technical and commercial advice to current and potential clients through face-to-face and virtual visits, technical training and the development of the internal contact network in order to provide service, meet needs and generate solutions for clients.
Which competences and skills we are looking for?
Experience on food industry specifically on Dairy industry: fresh dairy, yoghurt, fermented processes, cheese technologies, plant-based yoghurt.
Expertise on different type cheese formulation, product development and research
Knowledge and experience on use of enzymes and cultures and other food ingredients
Experience on production, quality, processes, microbiology and statistics
Skills on process equipment operation
Organizational skills, planning and flexibility.
Be customer, results and task oriented.
Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from managers, customers and other employees in a professional manner.
Have the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a range of customers and internal partners as well.
Have the ability to negotiate with internal and external customers.
Have excellent prioritization and service skills.
Intermediate/Advanced English
Experience on SalesForce
The position requires availability to travel and stay away from your home or location for as long as the activity requires it.
