How you will make history here... The Maintenance Technician will maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and processes supporting production activities associated with the Pilot Plant and R&D Operations. This includes execution and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies for enhancement of existing assets. In addition, the individual will oversee contractors in support of capital improvements, ensure accurate machine configuration on a scheduled basis, as well as accurate record keeping of maintenance activities. Principal Accountabilities: 40%- General maintenance tasks as assigned 30%- Support production activities through machine and process configuration and changeover. Troubleshoot by determining root cause and steps to eliminate reoccurrence. 10%- Assist in project implementations through contractor scheduling and oversight. 10%- Documentation of work tasks associated with equipment, systems, and processes within the Computer Maintenance & Management System 10%- Support & deliver safety requirements Troubleshooting:

Working Conditions: Plant food manufacturing environment, less than 5% travel -While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $56,700-$81,500Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
