We are seeking Guest Services Event Staff in Los Angeles, CA.



  • Schedule: 5:30am - 1:30pm or 12:30pm - 8:30pm. Must be able to work any day of the week but will only work 37.5 hours.
  • Pay: $20/hr.

Essential job functions:



  • Welcome and greet students, faculty, staff, and guests upon entry.
  • Scan cards, visitor QR codes, or alumni at the pedestrian entrance to gain access to campus.
  • Promote and provide the best experience for internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and courteously provide assistance.
  • Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies upheld.


Qualifications: Six months of customer service experience, ability to stand all day, ability to work in outdoor environment, and parking is not paid. Must be reliable and on time to all shifts.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
