Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Shift: First Shift

As the Clinical Director, you will report directly to the CEO of ARVAC. In this role, you'll oversee all counselors and counselors-in-training at ARVAC Recovery and Wellness, responsible for implementing, delivering, coordinating, and supervising residential and outpatient drug and alcohol treatment services at Lake Point Recovery and Wellness.

Qualifications:



  • Independent Behavioral Health licensure in Arkansas, including:
  • Licensed Psychologist
  • Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychological Examiner - Independent (LPE-I)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Advanced Practice Nurse or Clinical Nurse Specialist (APN or CNS) with a specialty in psychiatry or mental health
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience post-master's degree.
