Position Description Zayo is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their dynamic HR team and be responsible for aligning business objectives and driving HR initiatives down through the Operations organization to increase organizational effectiveness within the Operations business segment. Our HRBP will utilize HR knowledge to manage and support throughout the employee life-cycle.Zayo's HRBP will engage with leadership to provide strategic HR consulting, coaching, operational guidance, and solutions in the areas of talent acquisition, safety initiatives, employee and manager development, program development and implementation, employee engagement, oversee administration of various programs and ensure legal compliance. This role will have the ability to pivot between strategy and tactical execution seamlessly and will be able to communicate needs proactively. A successful HRBP will assess and anticipate HR related needs, develop integrated solutions, and engage in collaborative approaches to champion the needs of the business. *We're open to this position working in a hybrid capacity out of our downtown Denver, CO office (1401 Wynkoop St). Qualifications
