Title: Commercial Finance Director Location: Anaheim, California (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $150,000 /yr - $175,000/yr

Responsible for Sales forecasting for the Americas region
2. Responsible for Pricing strategy and execution across the Americas region,
the role will drive adherence to channel pricing management policy 3. Responsible for Commercial Finance across Americas region the role
will work closely with Americas management team to develop and improve the reporting in the region 4. Sales Ops leader driving use of Sales Force to improve visibility of
the sales team's efforts and pipeline 5. Owner of Sales Force software and responsible with IT for proper
configuration and maintenance of the tool DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: 1. Pricing
Management 1.1. Development
and management of pricing tools and policy, working with a service provider to develop and manage channel pricing tool 1.2. Special
pricing - own development and implementation of review and approval process and associated tools 1.3. Customer
price lists - development and maintenance 1.4. Programs,
such as rebates, promotions and investments - reviews and processing 1.5. New
product financials analysis and reviews 1.6. Special
pricing and rebate claim review and approvals 1.7. Develop
pricing policy and ensure compliance and audit requirements 2. Business Intelligence
2.1. Channel data management, sell out and inventory,
data management and analytics 2.2. Work with IT & service providers to ensure
data is complete and accurate 2.3. Develop business intelligence tools to analyze and
share data across the business 2.4. Drive accountability across the sales organization
and provide insights and strategic support 3. Commercial Finance
- Reporting and budgeting 3.1. Financial performance reporting and analysis and
forecasting future results 3.2. Ownership of annual budgeting and review process
for sales and gross margin along with Americas Finance Team and Sales Leadership team 3.3. Design, build and test complex integrated
financial models, typically, incorporating profit and loss, at customer and product levels 3.4. Ensure integrity of financial models and
projections through implementation of suitable controls, documentation and testing 3.5. Liaising with Finance
team and commercial sales teams, manage revenue related month end close 3.6. Interface with multiple stakeholders across
different functions and seniority to identify underlying business drivers and inputs. 3.7. Ad-hoc financial analysis
4. Budgeting
& Forecasting 4.1. Ownership of annual budgeting and regular
re-forecast process for Sales and Margin along with Americas Finance Team, development of process and support tools and review 5. People
Management 5.1. People management - two direct reports
5.2. Coaching and development
5.3. Drive accountability across the senior sales
leadership team through active partnering and communication EDUCATION,
