The Opportunity

The Director of Agency Management and Enablement is responsible for creating a scaled system to support global creative production for Adobe. This role will ultimately oversee all global preferred creative agency relationships as well as the tools and systems used to manage these workflows and assets. This role will ensure that Adobe's marketing organization has access to optimal agency capabilities to consistently deliver performance against their objectives at scale with efficiency and minimal risk. In addition, this role will oversee the ongoing integration of Workfront and AEM assets across the marketing organization's workflows, working with team members, cross-functional partners, the Adobe IT organization, and more to adapt Adobe's tools to the team's needs and drive adoption and usage. In parallel, this role will ensure all internal teams and agency partners are using a common tech stack to support Adobe's content supply chain, working closely with product teams and partners to customize a solution that supports the speed, quality, scale, and execution needed.

What You'll Do

  • Actively coordinate the governance and implementation of the agency model and roster, ensuring our marketing agencies deliver top performance and that the roster is efficient and capable.

  • Develop and implement an ongoing agency performance management plan, including outstanding approaches to QBRs, partnership evaluations, and other performance metrics.

  • Lead agency performance discussions on efficiency, SOWs, resourcing, staffing, budgets, and fees.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as Finance, Sourcing and Procurement, Marketing Operations Services, and the Office of the CMO for seamless agency partnerships.

  • Manage the Interagency Team (IAT) to bring to bear the strengths of each agency, ensuring high-quality work and positive relationships.

  • Coordinate the vision for Adobe's content supply chain and how its tools (Workfront and AEM Assets) support global content workflows.

  • Collaborate with IT, cross-functional partners, and product teams to drive tool implementation and build systems that support business needs.

  • Foster adoption and engagement of these tools among internal teams and agency partners.

What you need to succeed

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Agency Management; in-house and agency experience preferred.

  • Proven track record of collaborative leadership, team building, and managing individual contributors.

  • Experience managing agency/vendor relationships and partnerships with procurement and sourcing teams.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effectively managing relationships at all levels.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity and continuously improve processes.

  • Expertise in the agency landscape, including media, creative, PR, performance marketing, and other key channels.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $134,800 -- $267,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
