Pay: $60,000
Job Objective: Responsible for the daily warehouse operations that support branch and corporate goals while satisfying the needs of the customer in an efficient and courteous manner. The emphasis of this position is ensuring that customer's needs are met in a prompt and professional manner, and designated business operations are run efficiently and effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation.
Human Resource Management
- Provide communication and motivational techniques in supervising, coaching, and disciplining associates.
- Actively participate in the training of all associates on relevant areas
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and quarterly performance updates.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Support and enforce corporate policies and initiatives
- Manage weekly work schedule and labor costs of associates to avoid excess overtime.
Customer Relation
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Warehouse
- Manage warehouse staff daily activities.
- Train new warehouse associates
- Ensure daily compliance with all RelaDyne Health/Safety policies and procedures
- Manage and audit all warehouse functions and processes to ensure compliance and accountability
- Conduct quarterly reviews with all WH Associates
- Review and ensure accuracy for: stock, direct customer pickups and cash sales
- Ensure accurate inventory allocation and product organization throughout the warehouse
- Review and manage inventory transfers and movement as they apply to the warehouse
- Responsible for all cycle counts and full physical inventory counts
- Schedule inbound shipments and manage freight claims.
- Oversee purchasing of warehouse supplies.
- Maintain good relations between warehouse and sales teams, ensuring all functions communicate effectively.
- Manage all material handling repairs and maintenance
- Supervise disposal of all surplus/ defective returns
- Budget process activities
- Review and manage expenses.
Purchasing / Inventory
- Review negative item report daily.
- Review daily Gross Profit Report and make corrections as needed.
- Review/Manage Backorder Report and communicate product availability with Sales and CS Teams
- Conduct product file maintenance as needed
- Review and process drop ships, internal transfers and branch-to-branch transfers
- Conduct cycle counts
- Review and manage inventory adjustment process
- Act as primary purchasing contact and communicate with Sales and Purchasing Team on product needs and potential product shortages
- Supervise disposal or return of all surplus/ defective product
- Supervise and prepare for all physical inventories
- Manage and audit warehouse processes
Additional Responsibilities:
- Communicate openly and effectively with other associates to provide them with useful information
- Serve as backup for key roles. (Site Manager, Dispatch, Invoicing, WH Functions)
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service
- Abide by and enforce all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures
- Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
- Assist in conducting physical inventories
- Maintain communication with associates regarding budget and other important company information during monthly meetings
- Visit of satellite locations to ensure understanding and compliance with all Operational, Sales, and Management policies and Best Practices

Requirements:
- CDL A or B license is preferred, but not required.
- Must have the ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission.
- Associates may be required to drive company vehicles as part of their duties. A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is mandatory to ensure the safe operation of company vehicles.
