Requisition Summary

We are seeking an inspiring, energetic leader for our rapidly growing Vehicle Support Center in Lewisville, Texas. The Vehicle Support Center Supervisor co-leads a team of vehicle support specialists to provide accurate and timely support to PACCAR Dealership Technicians; and communicates technical information and acts as the first point of dealer contact across all PACCAR divisions. In this role, you will have responsibility for developing and executing strategic initiatives and help manage the PACCAR Parts Vehicle Support Center team driving customer UPTIME.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop employees to maximize performance and maintain department training skills including current certification and regulatory requirements. Ensure knowledge-based articles are being created, updated and published.
  • Resolve issues and roadblocks for team on product, tools, and documentation with other PACCAR divisions.
  • Assign and prioritize workload based on case volumes ensuring rapid and accurate responses are provided to maximize customer UPTIME.
  • Measure and improve daily, monthly and yearly performance metrics. Lead continuous improvement projects to make improvements.
  • Lead support center tours for customers and PACCAR employees.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required; MBA desired.
  • 3+ years of experience in PACCAR or an equivalent industry and at least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in Diesel Engine Design or Automotive Technical experience required.
  • Exceptional technical skills and ability to understand complex electrical and mechanical systems with the ability to identify customer needs and transform them into solutions.
  • Ability to communicate well, both verbally and written, with various levels of stakeholders within and outside of the organization.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and performance management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, identify areas of opportunity and deliver improvements.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with changing schedules and requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of PACCAR Systems including ECAT, Dealernet, TCS365, and RMI
  • Six Sigma process knowledge

Salary Range:

At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $118,910 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
