Hillenbrand is now hiring a Transformation Office (TO) Analyst to join our Team.

The Transformation Office (TO) Analyst assists the TO Director in driving the weekly cadence, managing Wave, and preparing Transformation communications.

Work You'll Do:

  • Assist the TO Director in managing weekly cadence and transformation communications.
  • Schedule and manage TO and transformation meetings by preparing trackers, drafting comments, issuing materials, and briefing key stakeholders.
  • During meetings, set up VC/dial-ins, run presentations, track and consolidate action items, and distribute summaries.
  • After meetings, update action trackers in Wave and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Oversee Wave management by addressing inquiries, managing the user platform, and reallocating initiatives as needed.
  • Coordinate regional training by scheduling sessions, uploading materials, tracking attendance, and creating content on business rules and new features.
  • Draft, finalize, and distribute official Transformation communications, including KPI updates and tactical messages.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication questions and update requests.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting,business analyticsor a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a comparable position (preferably in an industrialor Manufactuing environment)
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office Product experience
  • Able to function independently, as well as with internal and external contacts, at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
