Supply Planner

Pay Rate: $19 - 21.50 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:

• Optimize physical inventory assets using automated planning software and the ERP system.
• Improve inventory turnover while maintaining high customer service levels.
• Analyze and update supplier lead times to ensure timely deliveries.
• Educate suppliers on company requirements for on-time delivery.
• Track and report key performance metrics to management.
• Utilize various databases and software tools for daily inventory reporting.
• Provide detailed explanations of inventory fluctuations and perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Requires High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of seven years of work experience in Logistics, Marketing, or Sales.
• Must have the ability to communicate & negotiate effectively with suppliers.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to perform detailed data analysis.
• Must show high initiative and follow-through and be able to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Must possess sound decision-making, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and computer skills.
