We're actively seeking a talented AVP, Operational Risk & Resilience, to join the Pacific Life Risk Management (PLRM) team. This role is hybrid/On-site; you'll be based out of our state-of-the-art Newport Beach, CA headquarters office or our modern Omaha, NE office. The AVP - Operational Risk & Resilience leads the strategic direction and implementation of all non-financial risk programs (cybersecurity, third party risk, IT, etc.) within a line of business division, consults on division risk, and manages business relationships leveraging expertise in operational risk and resilience to effectively drive alignment and execution at all levels of the division. You will fill an existing role that supports Pacific Life's Institutional Division, reporting to the Institutional Division Chief Risk Officer. Your colleagues will include fellow operational risk & resilience professionals and a diverse group of business, finance, and technology leaders.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
