Earn $26.75/hour. Position Details This role provides psychotherapy, other mental health treatment methods, and client service management within our Outpatient Treatment facility. Conducts individual, group, and family therapy services to clients with mental health issues. Provides on-site crisis intervention or emergency evaluation services as needed. Analyzes results of assessments to form a clinical case conceptualization and develop a comprehensive treatment plan with identified individual and family members as a means of directing treatment. Monitor record keeping and authorized units remaining, ensure that client charts are up-to-date and include all necessary documentation, including documentation of significant incidents within 24 hours as needed (incident reports) and non-billable activities. Provides weekly schedules to include all client sessions, supervisions, community meetings and trainings and daily units as requested. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Master's Degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, or a graduate degree in the field of human services required. * One (1) year psychotherapy experience required. * Must possess one of the following licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMFT or LSW * In addition, must hold 3 yrs psychotherapy experience. * Must be able to demonstrate ability to provide clear and concise clinical documentation that meets program standards.
