Office Management Coordinator

Hunter Hamilton is working with our client near the Tampa airport fill their need for a temporary Licensing Coordinator. This project is estimated to last through at least February. Right now it is just temporary work as they will be transitioning slowly over to a 3rd party to handle this long term. This is a clean up project, and the contractor will be reviewing business licensing agreements and permits for their various locations across the country, ensuring that paperwork is filled out properly, performing calculations to understand what the fees will be which could include working with %s and general math equations, and then keeping all of the deadlines organized and processed on time. Excellent Excel skills including VLOOKUPs is needed, and they also need someone with solid mathematical acumen that work with various equations to come up with the right calculations. Good communication skills are needed an attention to detail to keep all of the due dates straight is required. This is an on site position Monday through Friday working 8-5pm or 9-6pm. Hunter Hamilton offers hourly/weekly pay, direct deposit and temporary health benefits!

Responsibilities:



  • Perform routine clerical duties, such as sorting mail and compiling business permit and licensing requirements
  • Completing licensing and permit applications and renewals
  • Remitting payment requests timely to ensure compliance
  • Update business permit and licensing master spreadsheet and monitor due dates
  • Respond to business operations questions and requests around business permits and licensing
  • Maintain an organized files and upload certificate renewals to the company's intranet site


Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize
  • Prior experience managing business permits and licensing preferred
  • Self-directed and able to work with little supervision
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly of Excel spreadsheets
  • Pays strong attention to detail
  • Associate's degree, or bachelor degree in business, administration or related field not required but preferred
