Hunter Hamilton is working with our client near the Tampa airport fill their need for a
temporary Licensing Coordinator. This project is estimated to last through at least February. Right now it is just temporary work as they will be transitioning slowly over to a 3rd party to handle this long term. This is a clean up project, and the contractor will be reviewing business licensing agreements and permits for their various locations across the country, ensuring that paperwork is filled out properly, performing calculations to understand what the fees will be which could include working with %s and general math equations, and then keeping all of the deadlines organized and processed on time. Excellent Excel skills including VLOOKUPs is needed, and they also need someone with solid mathematical acumen that work with various equations to come up with the right calculations. Good communication skills are needed an attention to detail to keep all of the due dates straight is required. This is an on site position Monday through Friday working 8-5pm or 9-6pm.
