Join Staffmark and our partner company as a Risk Management Surveillance Clerk and become a key part of our mission to provide safe and reliable transportation for Riverside County! In this role, you will be in charge of managing video footage for incidents, accidents, and customer complaints; coordinating video retrieval and documentation; maintaining records and ensuring compliance with retention policies; assisting with claims investigations; and providing support for data management, phone screening, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed. Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | $21.00 - $29.23/hr.

Responsibilities:



  • Reviews and manages video footage for incidents, accidents, and customer complaints.
  • Ensures storage and documentation of video per department requests and procedures.
  • Coordinates retrieval, storage, and reporting of video evidence.
  • Investigates claims, working with Operations, Maintenance, and IT to retrieve relevant footage.
  • Logs and tracks video requests, ensuring proper storage and clearing of server space.
  • Maintains organized files for claims data, safety logs, and confidential records.
  • Supports administrative duties, including phone screening, scheduling, mail processing, and project coordination.


Qualifications:



  • 2-3 years of Surveillance Clerk experience
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence.
  • Proficiency in basic math, including fractions, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to create/use spreadsheets.
  • Problem-solving skills for standardized situations with clear instructions.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience; three years in senior clerical roles, plus two years in claims, safety, or risk management.
