As the Director of Site Services within the Discrete Manufacturing Group, you will lead, motivate, and develop the discrete manufacturing IT support team, leveraging the unique strengths of each member. By fostering an inclusive culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning, you will drive valuable outcomes. Your role will encompass managing overall infrastructure reliability and IT site support for approximately 155 manufacturing sites, providing supportive leadership to a diverse team of over 17 internal resources, including 8 direct reports. As the senior leader responsible for discrete manufacturing IT support, you will build strong relationships with site stakeholders and other capabilities/service providers to enhance overall reliability and demand management for our sites. In collaboration with Operations and IT stakeholders, you will understand, challenge, prioritize, and value strategic initiatives and technology opportunities, ensuring alignment with diverse business needs. You will develop a new support capability to partner with process control, engineering, and site operations, advancing strategic OT initiatives, reducing cybersecurity risks, and providing site IT/OT technical support. By assessing existing site support processes and resources, you will identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, presenting strategic solutions to leadership to address these issues. Clarifying standard work and enabling disciplined processes for our support teams, you will establish and communicate key performance indicators to assess team and service effectiveness. Your leadership will be pivotal in coordinating and resolving critical issues impacting manufacturing sites, engaging service providers and IT capability teams with urgency. Demonstrating a high level of ownership, leadership, initiative, and urgency, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring the success and reliability of our manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do

A successful candidate in this role will embody our Principle-Based Management (PBM) culture by:
* Leading, motivating, and developing the discrete manufacturing IT support team. You will leverage the unique strengths of each team member, fostering an inclusive culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning to achieve valuable outcomes.
* Managing overall infrastructure reliability and IT site support for approximately 155 manufacturing sites while providing supportive leadership for a diverse team of 17+ internal resources (8 direct reports).
* Serving as the senior leader responsible for discrete manufacturing IT support, building strong relationships with site stakeholders and other capabilities/service providers to advance overall reliability and demand management for our sites.
* Collaborating with Operations and IT stakeholders to understand, challenge, prioritize, and value strategic initiatives and technology opportunities, ensuring alignment with diverse business needs.

* Demonstrating a high level of ownership, leadership, initiative, and urgency in a dynamic environment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Proven track record of leadership, including experience developing and leading strategic initiatives.
* 5+ years of experience in IT/OT strategy or support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role leading both initiatives and people/teams/and other leaders.
* Experience developing venture summaries, delivering presentations tailored to technical and/or business audiences (executive, manufacturing leaders, partners, directs, etc.), and providing effective challenge and thought leadership for decision making.

* An excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between strategic business partners and IT leaders.
