Job Description: Pacific Life is transforming to a Product/Platform Operating Model. We seek an expert in product management and Lean-Agile frameworks to reshape our operating model, covering funding, governance, talent, strategy, vendor management, performance, portfolio governance, tooling, and ways of working. As a Product Operating Model Consultant, you will work closely with our internal clients to assess, design, and implement effective product /platform operating models that drive innovation, efficiency, and value. You will leverage your expertise in the industry as a Product Operating Model practitioner and your knowledge of agile methodologies to pragmatically guide the organization through the transformation journey, ensuring Pacific Life achieves sustainable success. We are looking for a highly hands-on practitioner who works directly with teams at all levels to deliver results. Key Responsibilities:

Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
