Global manufacturer is looking for a Total Rewards Benefits Specialist. The Total Rewards Benefits Specialist plays a critical role in the administration and management of the organization's employee benefits and compensation programs. This includes overseeing benefits enrollment, compliance, communication, and assisting in the design and implementation of total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and engage top talent. The role supports the Total Rewards team to ensure competitive and comprehensive benefit offerings and may involve regular analysis and benchmarking of compensation and benefits structures.

This organization consists of collaborative and extremely bright who are empowered to provide solutions for a cleaner, healthier and more energy efficient world. This is long-term temporary assignment with potential for extension and possibly conversion. Competitive salary and benefits offered during temporary duration. This position is currently a hybrid model with ability to work partially remote and partially in the office. Hour are M-F 8am-5pm



  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, compensation, or HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits programs and relevant regulations (e.g., ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA).
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits management systems. SuccessFactors and Workday a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
