Clinical Patient Service Rep AACH (Radiology) Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.0 \| Full Time \| Primary schedule will be Monday-Friday 1130-2000 (1130am-8pm), with occasional weekends Clinical Patient Service Representative The Clinical Patient Services Representative (CPSR), under general supervision, is a multi-tasking position performing a variety of support functions of medical clinics. The CPSR will ensure all provider schedules are appropriately populated, telephones are responded to according to established protocols, and complete registration information is captured prior to, or during each visit. Assists medical providers and works closely with patients in preparation for examination to provide medical care. Performs patient intake and routine tests. Completes paperwork assigned by provider. Assists front office as needed and conducts patient calls as requested.
