Description
KLJ is looking for an environmental/natural resource intern to join our team during the summer of 2025. KLJ has a diverse client group in a variety of sectors including oil and gas, telecommunications, airports, transportation, power, renewable energy, and residential/commercial development. The ideal candidate would be willing to learn about and assist other KLJ staff with different types of environmental field surveys and the documentation associated with the field work. Relationships The Environmental Technician is supervised by the regional supervisor and will receive on the job training, guidance, and direction on project-related tasks from task leads and project managers. They are expected to complete assignments and obtain guidance for unfamiliar tasks, problems, and situations. Hours and Travel This position requires the individual work 40+ hours per week with 10% of the time spent in the office and 90% in the field.
