Job Summary
The Development Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing user support for the Construction and Development team. The Development Financial Analyst will manage the purchase order through the invoice process. Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Initiates and manages the purchase order process with Oracle.
* Works with the purchasing department to complete and manages change orders.
* Manages development incoming inbox including but not limited to invoices and payment inquiries.
* Enters invoices into Projectmates, ensures approval, and works with the accounting team for payment.
* Reviews approval reports and identifies and corrects approval issues.
* Assists with maintaining project information.
* Links contract line items to appropriate destination in Projectmates.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree
Experience: 1-3 years

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 20lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
