Trainer, Critical Facilities - Data Center Environments

Job Summary
The Data Center Trainer will be responsible for on-board, qualify and train the engineering team on HVAC equipment, operations, local processes and procedures. The role is to ensure new engineers are properly qualified and existing employees are upskilled.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Task will include but not be limited to:
50% travel to various data center locations

Onboard all new employees for Austin and Houston.

Deliver qualification programs to engineers/leads/chiefs.

Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of the operations teams and determine appropriate corrective actions to upgrade knowledge and skill gaps.

Deliver training program (TDP).

Be the Ambassador to Critical Awareness Process.

Translate requirements into trainings; share with platform when applicable.

Coordinates and manages delivery of site drill program.

Build annual training program w/schedules.

Audit established programs, ensuring latest versions are documented.

Maintain records of all training activities.

Integrate client systems training into overall training program.

Regional HSE lead; 5% of workload.

Performs additional job duties as requested.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
2+ years of direct training experience, including demonstrated curriculum development and delivery.

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Language Skills
Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills.

Other Skill and Abilities
Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
