Tech Ops Analyst - Training & Support

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tech Ops Analyst with our industry-leading client in Mooresville, NC.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $32 - $38 / hr. w2



Responsibilities:

  • Provide cross-functional support to teams building tools integrating with marketing systems.
  • Support new system rollout and transition planning.
  • Document process best practices and create onboarding materials for creative systems/tools.
  • Assist Creative Ops team with capacity planning progression via Workfront.
  • Facilitate new release testing and basic feature release testing in Stage environment, providing feedback.
  • Provide coordination support for progress reviews and cross-functional alignment meetings.
  • Perform remote or in-person technical support for technology products and applications.
  • Analyze and prioritize incoming requests and alerts, escalating as necessary.
  • Perform setup and maintenance of computer systems, including hardware and software upgrades.
  • Contribute to the knowledge repository for technical support and document workarounds.
  • Participate in meetings with vendors to resolve service failures or issues.



Experience Requirements:

  • 2 years of IT experience in a support or operations environment working with PC or client/server platforms and/or hardware.
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance and break/fix repairs on technology.

Education Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
