JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Administer benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and disability programs
* Ensure data integrity, compliance, program delivery, and promoting education
* Assist and develop a total rewards program.
* Assist ACA - Affordable Care Act compliance activities and determine employee eligibility.
* Retirement plan administration
* Disability (Short and Long-term) Administration

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field required and four to six years of employee benefits administration.
* Experience with inquires to Health & Welfare, Retirement and LOA questions
* SAP experience
* Benefits outsourcing experience.
* Payroll outsourcing experience
* MS Excel and Access and/or SQL skills
* Experience in one or more of the following: benefits, consulting, employee benefit transformation or employee total rewards.
