The Employee Experience Coordinator will be the program lead for a system-wide education program and recognition platform and will be responsible for the preparation, development and facilitation of all recognition education programs, services and employee appreciation initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, marketing, organizational development, education/training, communications, or other relevant field.

EXPERIENCE:

1. One (1) year of experience in human resources, training, employee recognition, employee relations, marketing or other related office experience.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The statements described here are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this position. 1. Collaborates with Special Events Coordinators to organize communication campaigns, marketing events and promotional program efforts.

2. Assists with event logistics and operations for all employee-centered and administrative events.

3. Coordinates the planning logistics, and execution of all system-wide recognition training programs, services, and marketing events.

4. Serves as primary point-of-contact for system-wide recognition programs (i.e., Recognition Website Platform, Service Award Program, Education program, and Discount Program). Responsibilities include: communicating program updates, producing education and marketing materials, managing enrollment, and vendor coordination. Provides ongoing project and program support.

5. Facilitates all (recognition and appreciation) in-person course presentations and virtual webinars/courses. Monitors learners for course effectiveness and outcomes.

6. Manages and distributes all course materials before and after course facilitation.

7. Responsible for all marketing, communication campaigns, advertising efforts & design in relation to recognition education, website platform and Service Award Point Program.

8. Designs, develops, and customizes workshops, job aids, tools (both physical and electronic) and other developmental resources to ensure that WVU Medicine leadership has the resources that they need to succeed in their roles.

9. Manages, tracks, and reports key metrics, attentive to the value of staying under/on budget while planning any program specifications, as well as handling invoicing. Identifies potential areas for content revisions and identifying recognition trends, best practices and responds accordingly.

10. Works with team and vendors to update, rewrite, communicate, edit and make appropriate changes when needed.

11. Contributes positively to the Special Events team, by assisting colleagues with event preparation and operational support. As well as contributing ideas, problem-solving, and participating on the "day of" events.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1. Excellent time management and communication skills.

2. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

3. Microsoft Office proficiency.

4. Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to support multiple projects and events simultaneously.

5. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in writing and orally.

6. A successful candidate will be extremely organized and be able to manage the logistics of multiple events simultaneously.
