Storage Engineer IPv6

Rate: $35 - $37 / hr. w2

• Storage System Configuration and Management: Set up and configure storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and Direct Attached Storage.
• Data Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data is regularly backed up and secure.
• Storage Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of storage systems to identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and performance.
• IPv6 Configuration: Configure storage technologies to communicate over IPv6 in addition to IPv4, ensuring seamless network integration.

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in storage solutions engineering support
• Relevant certifications in storage management or network administration are a plus
• Ability to monitor storage capacity, health, and performance metrics
• Experience in performing regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to system management
