This position is responsible for know pathogens are pasteurized and product is homogenized along with Sanitation responsibilities.



  • Run and maintain pasteurizer and other related equipment.
  • High responsibility- Responsible for quality, food safety and product specifications.
  • Closely monitor the dairy production process and follow the Standard Operating Procedures for batching and processing products.
  • Accurately prepare and maintain all area paperwork.
  • Equipment and silo sanitation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
  • Operator will abide by Company rules and regulations, including all Good Manufacturing & SQF practices, working with safety first.
  • Responsible for reporting any food safety or food quality related issues to a supervisor.
  • All Employees must keep their work area in a safe, clean manner at all times. Report any safety concerns to the supervisor on duty, or the safety committee representative.

  • Make sure all assigned paperwork is filled out accurately and completely. All paperwork must be turned in at the end of the shift.



  • At the end of every shift, your trash must be taken out and your area must be swept and the debris picked up, no exceptions.



  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.




THESE POSITIONS EARN $24.16 PER HOUR, PLUS OVERTIME AND SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL.

THE SCHEDULE IS SUNDAY-THURSDAY 10:00PM-06:00 AM.

IT IS A REGULAR, FULL-TIME POSITION, WORKING AT LEAST 40 HOURS PER WEEK

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs, frequently lift and/or move above shoulder height, stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift
  • Must be able to work in a cold, wet environment where temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Be able to effectively work in a team environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
