As a Maintenance Specialist at Universal Technical Institute, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our state-of-the-art campuses and ensuring a positive learning environment for our students. You'll have the opportunity to use your skills in a variety of trades, from plumbing and electrical to HVAC and carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep Our Campuses Running Smoothly: Perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and conduct repairs.
• Ensure a Safe Learning Environment: Inspect buildings and grounds for safety hazards and take corrective action.
• Stay Up to Date: Continuously learn new skills and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with a Great Team: Work alongside dedicated colleagues who share your passion for excellence.
• Make a Difference: Help create a positive and inspiring learning environment for our students.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance
• Strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other related trades
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills
