Robotic Laser Clad Welding Machine Operator

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.

Position Responsibilities:

- Apply safe working methods
- Set-up, operate, Reis Robotic Laser Clad Welder
- Laser welding products using various materials such as, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Stellite, Tungsten Carbide.
- Maintaining laser powder inventory.
- Perform a variety of associated functions to maintain continuous operation of the machine.
- Operate overhead cranes/jib cranes, grinders, hand tools, various power tools
- Maintain required job skills and knowledge requirements
- Maintain work area, equipment
- Keep documents/Job records updated
- Collaborates with team members in the creation, implementation, and training of standard work procedures
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Lead

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school or certification in related discipline preferred
- CNC Machining a plus.
- Ability to edit machine programs.
- Use of fine motor skills
- Use of hand tools/Power tools
- Computer skills
- Ability to read prints
-Ability to use Micrometers, Dial bore gages, snap gages, Calipers.
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds
