The Opportunity

Reporting to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition (GTA), the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations (GTAO) will be responsible for driving strategy and scaling the products, operations and services that drive the efficiency and effectiveness of Adobe's Global Talent Acquisition function. The Sr. Director will serve as a critical point of integration, strategic influence and collaboration with a broad set of cross-functional partners to deliver elite talent strategies and experiences. They will also serve as a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team.

What You'll Do

Take charge of Talent Acquisition Operations globally and promote collaboration with DEI, Legal, HR, and EX Operations partners in all regions.

Ensure excellence in the prioritization, communication and execution of GTAO programs and services globally.

Continually define, refine and optimize GTAO product and service offerings with an emphasis on operational and business insights, partner experiences and impact.

Role model excellence by teaching, inspiring and operating as a hands-on leader.

Grow business partnerships through proactive and credible influence and execution GTA strategies.

Ensure the GTAO team leads its portfolio with excellence and rigor.

Enable highly confident leadership decision-making through thoughtful, detailed and consultative analysis with clear and balanced business logic.

Competently and responsibly steward Adobe resources.

Ensure strong financial and operational governance (Ex. Policies, process, procedures).

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Organizational agility including strong interest in working in a matrixed and global environment and leading a distributed team globally..
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in implementing scaled global talent and operations strategies.
  • Ability to engage and develop others with a player/coach mentality; a builder of high-performing teams.
  • Track record of building credible and influential relationships with senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple partners effectively including to solve unexpected or unanticipated challenges.
  • A credible and influential, data-driven storyteller
  • Excellent understanding of global talent and human resources programs, tools, services and standards of practice.
  • Significant experience working in a global, complex organization of similar or greater size to Adobe.
  • Excellent people leadership and influencing skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $152,100 -- $353,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
