Job Description Zayo is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to be responsible for overseeing and implementing employee relations programs, providing consultation, facilitation, and resolution strategies for workplace issues raised by employees and people managers. Our Employee Relations Manager will have experience leading enterprise-wide programs, as well as a strategic and proactive approach to resolving workplace issues, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Acting as a trusted advisor to both employees and people managers, the Employee Relations Manager implements solutions that support a fair and productive workplace. Under direction of HR Business Partner (HRBP) leadership, our Employee Relations Manager assesses and investigates workplace concerns, interprets company policies and state and federal employment laws, and responds to related inquiries.Our Employee Relations Manager partners with HRBPs to develop proactive employee relations responses and programs. *We're open to this position working in a hybrid capacity out of our Denver, CO office (1401 Wynkoop).
