A little about the position:
  • The IT Support Technician is the first point of contact to the Information Systems Department.
  • Under supervision, the Technician will provide desktop support to end users on a variety of issues as well as distribute trouble tickets to PC Systems Analysts, Telecom Technicians, and Systems Administrators.
  • Primary duties include creation of new user accounts, maintenance of user databases, basic troubleshooting of desktop/laptop hardware, software and peripherals, and basic hardware purchasing.
  • Other duties include but are not limited to assisting Systems Analysts with imaging PCs, installing miscellaneous software, and distributing PCs to users across the resort and may be asked to participate in other projects as necessary.

NOTE: This position is required to be onsite at the resort in Mammoth Lakes, CA. This position requires you to be able to meet company requirements to drive company vehicles. This includes and is not limited to having or obtaining a California Drivers License.

Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science or at least 2 years working in the IT industry in a comparable position.
  • The applicant must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to provide technical support to clients using clear language.
  • Problem-solving skills are also a must in this position.
  • Knowledge of the following is highly desirable: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory


Hourly Pay Rate: $22.77 - $26.40
