Description Support the Office of the Patient Experience with complex data analysis, quality improvement, and decision support.Key responsibilities include:Conduct advanced analysis on patient satisfaction, departmental practices, and quality improvement data. Develop systems and tools to present data insights for informed decision-making.Lead the creation of a CRM for patient feedback, collaborating with IT and senior leadership to ensure data integrity and efficiency. Facilitate the use of CRM insights to address patient needs across the organization.Establish and oversee PFACs, recruit and train advisors, and communicate patient concerns to relevant departments. Develop metrics to track PFAC impact, ensuring compliance with health system policies and CMS guidelines.Provide regular updates on PFAC initiatives, deliver presentations, and represent UCLA Health at conferences on patient engagement.Oversee PFAC budget and monitor expenses.Salary Range: $89,930-123,443/year

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Business, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management within a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including creating reports and developing metrics.
  • Experience in CRM development and implementation, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills for interpreting complex data.
  • Proficiency in data management systems and CRM tools.
  • Strong technical skills in data visualization software, such as Tableau or Power BI, and statistical tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with senior leadership, IT, and patient-facing staff.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Budget management experience, especially in tracking expenses and reporting on financials.
