Position Overview: The Asphalt Paving Foreman will oversee the paving crew. The Asphalt Paving Foreman is a full-time position that requires travel with overtime through peak season, reports to the Operations Manager and/or Asphalt Superintendent, and has supervisory responsibility. For more information regarding this position, contact Bryson Gambrel 1-307-331-0628 Wage: $90,000 Depending on Experience Incentive(s) $1500 Sign-On Bonus Annual Clothing Stipend Annual Safety Incentive Essential Duties and Functions: Coordinate all paving aspects of the job Ensure preventative maintenance programs are followed Be prompt and timely for all assigned shifts, schedules, and projects Teach, coach, and work with the team in a constructive manner Make safety the main priority while working on equipment Maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers and management Additional duties as assigned by management, as this job description is non-exhaustive Position Requirements: Consent to authorization of a pre-employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record request, and drug test Three or more years of experience in asphalt High level of reasoning abilities (i.e. Meeting deadlines, Prioritize Company and customer needs, serving as a leader to both peers and direct reports) Possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form Physical Requirements: Ability to reach below/at/above shoulders Pushing/Pulling Twisting/Bending Sitting/Standing/Balancing Operate hand and foot controls Simple/Firm grasping Ability to lift/lower over 50 pounds Ability to carry over 50 pounds Squatting/Stooping/Crouching Kneeling/Crawling Gross manipulation (pinching) Benefit Offering: Salary Range: $ per hour (Based on experience, location, etc.) Health - Dental - Vision Ins.
