What You Do.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of paid social media, paid search, display, and video campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic partners.
- Ensure seamless integration of social media efforts with broader display and video advertising strategies.
- Cross-Channel Integration:
- Collaborate with digital marketing, creative, and content teams to create cohesive campaigns that align with overall marketing goals and messaging.
- Coordinate with media planners to align media buys across social, display, and video channels, ensuring optimal reach and performance.
- Display & Video Campaign Management:
- Manage display and video advertising efforts on platforms like YouTube and various programmatic exchanges, ensuring that campaigns are targeted to the right audience segments and optimized for performance.
- Oversee creative development for video and display ads, ensuring assets are on-brand and suited for various formats and platforms.
- Content Creation & Curation:
- Source creative assets for social media, display, and video channels in collaboration with the creative team. Ensure that messaging is consistent across all channels and fits the platform's format and audience.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics, and DSP (Demand-Side Platform) analytics to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Optimize campaigns in real-time, adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative elements to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B tests across different creative assets, messaging, and targeting strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Audience Segmentation & Targeting:
- Develop advanced audience segmentation strategies using first-party and third-party data, ensuring that social, display, and video campaigns reach relevant consumer groups.
- Use retargeting, lookalike audiences, and behavioral targeting to drive campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Trend Identification & Innovation:
- Stay up to date on emerging trends in social media, display, and video advertising. Regularly evaluate new tools, platforms, and ad formats to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive.
- Vendor & Agency Management:
- Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and ad networks to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and within budget.
- Negotiate rates and placements with media partners to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Budget & Reporting:
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring that spend is allocated efficiently across social, display, and video channels to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, sharing insights and recommendations with senior leadership to guide future strategies.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong experience with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, DSPs, and programmatic advertising tools.
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to derive insights from data and act on them in real-time.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversee Media Activation Associates, providing guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Mentor and develop team members in social media, display, and video advertising best practices and tools.
Your Education and Experience.
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Communication, ore related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing paid social, display, and video advertising campaigns, ideally in brand or agency setting.
