What It's Like The T-Ads division of T-Mobile is a growing business unit passionate about driving Advertising revenue for the organization from clients across verticals such as: Travel, Retail, Financial Services, Quick Service Restaurants, Mobile, Gaming, Auto, etc. T-Ads is Reimagining consumer connections and building the next generation of advertising solutions leveraging our 1st party data and working with key industry partners What You'll Do The work you are asked to do on this team will have visibility to the most senior levels of the organization and will be focused on identifying areas of opportunity for the Ad Sales team that build demand and lead to revenue for the organization and value for our client partners Key Responsibilities Work with the Sr Director of Strategy and Insights to support key Sales initiatives Analyze extensive datasets to uncover sales opportunities Build compelling and creative deliverables that differentiate T-Ads in the marketplace Work with cross functional teams such as T-Mobile for Business, Corporate Insights and Marketing) What It Takes Candidate much be comfortable analyzing data, willing to learn marketplace dynamics and identify the needs we are solving for our clients with our T-Ads Solutions Strong Communicator Team Player Willing to learn and be mentored Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in Bachelors or Graduate degree program Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
