Belcan is seeking a proficient Design Engineer with a strong foundation in engineering principles, to work field failures on diesel engine components to decide on design fixes for continuous product improvement.

Ideal Candidates:
* Possess an engineering degree complemented by skills in Design Engineering, with a focus on design & drafting for manufacturing and tooling.
* Experienced in CAD modeling for manufacturing applications, machining processes, and tooling design, enhancing both efficiency and product quality.

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
* Generate concepts for design fixes to improve assembly feasibility.
* Evaluate design fixes by integrated qualities, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), vibration results, stack up tolerance results, etc.
* Conduct design review audits to evaluate integrity of future design builds.
* Do data analysis and system integration.
* Use Python and SQL.
