We're actively seeking a talented Director, Annuity Marketing Strategy to join our Marketing Strategy Team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This role offers flexibility for a full-time on-site presence or a hybrid schedule (2+ days in the office per week). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive engagement, increase market share, and generate leads for annuity across the Retail (Broker/Dealer), RIA, IMO, and Structured Settlements markets. You will directly lead a team of marketers while collaborating with experts in Product, Creative, Project Management, and Compliance to support high-impact initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams within the Consumer Markets Division to ensure effective execution of annuity product and thought leadership materials in omni-channel campaigns. Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
