Description

Summary: Mazak Megastir is looking for a Product Sales Associate to join their team. The Product Sales position primarily focuses on selling the Friction Stir Weld Pin Tool product line. This position works out of our Mazak Megastir Technical Center located in Provo, UT.




Scope and Responsibilities:

Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:



  • Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
  • Build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products
  • Identify prospective customers and cold call application market
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs, schedule communication, answer questions, maintain contact list and sustain relationships
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Manage PCD promotion campaign
  • Interact on Social Media accounts for potential customers interested in FSW Technology
  • Create master plan for Webinar schedule/subject
  • Draft webinar platform & promotional materials
  • Outreach & promotional communication with SaleForce leads and target customers.
  • Perform SalesForce maintenance


Education/Certification:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering is required


Skills:



  • 3-5 Years' experience in similar role is preferred
  • Must be technically sound with strong sales mindset
  • Some industry knowledge is desirable including:

    • Manufacturing
    • Welding
    • Machining
    • Solid State Joining
    • Friction Stir Welding
    • Metallurgy




Qualifications
Education
Bachelors of Marketing (preferred)
Bachelors of Engineering (preferred)
Experience
3-5 Years' experience in similar role is preferred (preferred)
