Job Description

The Student Support Specialist II will provide administrative support to the Program Director and resident physicians within the Family and Community Medicine (FCM) residency program. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operations within the residency program.

Key Responsibilities:

* Scheduling: Manage rotation schedules for resident physicians.
* Seminar Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinate residency seminars and events.
* Residency Reporting: Assist Program Manager with tracking and reporting on residency requirements and progress.
* Resident Physician Recruitment: Assist with recruitment efforts for new residents.
* Graduation Tracking: Maintain residency tracking systems to ensure compliance with graduation requirements.
* Onboarding & Orientation: Support the onboarding process for new resident physicians and assist with orientation planning.
* Licensure & Credentialing: Assist Program Manager with licensure and credentialing processes for resident physicians.
* Relationship & Experience Management: Foster positive relationships with residents and manage their overall experience within the FCM clinics.

Shift

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Hiring Range: $16.72 - $21.00
Grade: GGS-007
