Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving success and fostering strong customer relationships? We are seeking a Store Manager in Calera, AL to lead and manage store operations, a dedicated team, and customer project needs with excellence. As Store Manager, you'll oversee all facets of the store's operations while creating a positive, results-oriented environment. We are seeking someone who is personable, inspires and motivates their team to excel, and demonstrates the highest level of integrity in all aspects of their work.

Salary: $85,000/yr. (plus annual bonus based on store profitability and performance)

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities will include:



  • Managing and mentoring a team of 5-6 employees, fostering growth and high performance.
  • Directing daily store operations from open to close.
  • Evaluating store performance and implementing plans to improve outcomes.
  • Overseeing P&L, budget, and expense management on a monthly basis.
  • Reporting performance metrics to senior leadership through detailed daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
  • Developing and executing training programs, onboarding, and employee performance reviews.
  • Monitoring inventory quality and ensuring standards meet community needs.
  • Managing safety protocols, documenting violations, and conducting regular safety meetings.
  • Supervising facility and grounds maintenance to ensure an exceptional customer experience.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred.
  • Rental industry experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Skilled in sales, customer relations, and team leadership, including hiring, coaching, and motivating employees.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and delivering exceptional results.
