Payrate: $14.00/hr. on w2 without benefits

Job Description:

• Greet and provide friendly customer service, Problem solving, ability to communicate clearly, comprehend, provide solutions, support.
• Answer Phone calls, archive internal records, in take permit applications, assist customers other clerical duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Keeps records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Assists in resolving customers' service or billing complaints.
• Assists in opening new accounts, completing forms, preparing records, or issuing service discontinuance orders.
• Performs data entry; remains positive and courteous throughout customer interactions.
