About the team The Performance Office is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of FIS' Future Forward strategy across transformation programs. This team partners across the enterprise to execute on the company's most critical priorities that will drive growth, service delivery and cost savings opportunities. We are looking for talented individuals who can lead through change and drive transformation at all levels of the company. What you will be doing * Manage strategic planning function including planning and developing long-term goals and strategic objectives to ensure business growth and/or, improve productivity and profitability What you bring * Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, finance or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. The pay range for this full-time position is $163,310.00 - $274,380.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
