This position coordinates activities for multiple projects, including project planning, calendar management, task tracking, task completion, liaison with clients/team leaders to ensure that assigned project tasks are completed on time, with high quality, and that all project team members are kept informed of project status and issues.

Assist with the organization and management of the Montefiore Quality Council (MQC) and other designated committees/meetings including managing calendars, membership lists and record keeping including submission of monthly meeting minutes. Assist with preparation of presentations and reports.

Coordinate the Joint Commission requirements for the Performance Improvement Chapter. Assist with the Joint Commission Command Center during regulatory surveys and any required preparation or follow up actions as needed.

Manage the department Bronx campus office with on site requirements at least 1x per week. Function as the department payroll manager.

EDUCATION/SKILLS:

Bachelor's Degree required. Five year's experience.

Project Management skills/ tools such as MS Project, Teams, Excel and/or other similar tool for tracking project-related work and issues.

Knowledge of public health, population health and health care delivery are required, as well as knowledge of analysis and presentation tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power Point.

Outstanding verbal and written communication ability.
