JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Process accounts receivable transactions including but not limited to invoicing clients, cash receipts, customer deposits and credit requests.
* Examine and correct accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and prepare and post journal entries.
* Maintain customer account balances which includes coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve any invoicing and/or collections issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Accounts receivable and/or collections experience
* Associates or Bachelors Degree in a financial discipline
* 1+ years relevant work experience
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
* Microsoft Office, especially Excel also desired
