We are actively seeking anAuditDirector,Chief Administrative Officerto support our Chief Audit Executive with a proven track record of leading global teams and strategic change initiatives.

What this job involves
As a member of the office of the Chief Audit Executive, the Chief Administrative Officer will work to assist the department in transformation and expansion.As an executive, you will play a vital role in assisting the Chief Audit Executive in overseeing and maintaining a systematic, disciplined framework in which to operate and continue to advance the internal audit function. You will oversee the coordination of large, cross-functional initiatives and help maximize efforts across the audit department. This role involves bringing together stakeholders to drive the next level of transformation and decision-making processes.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a bachelor's degree ideally in a business-related field
Proven ability to de-construct complex problems, and proactively propose and/or design solutions
Must have an established history of superb written and verbal communication skills as well as the proven ability to deliver difficult messages and present information in a succinct and concise way.
Must have previously held a leadership role in a large organization, and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, in order to empower and inspire an indirect team
Past experiences must demonstrate an ability to resolve and operate in the face of change, growth and adversity.
Must show commitment to fostering an inclusive culture and diverse perspectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the strategic planning process, including location and talent strategies; aggregate inputs and views across a wide variety of stakeholders
Administer co-sourcing and vendor relationships, focusing on integration and vendor performance
Enhance brand visibility through strategic communications across various platforms such as department meetings, websites, videos and social posts
Review and advise on key departmental content and presentations
Spearhead staff development initiatives, including rotations and internships
Oversee skills assessment process lifecycle including, design and delivery of training, and development plans, ensuring compliance with education and certification requirements
Assist with oversight of the internal quality assessment process

A successful Chief Administrative Officer candidate will demonstrate agility and highly refined skills.Must be comfortable moving between hands-on activities and strategic thought leadership.Various prerequisite skills and qualifications typically include:
Strategic planning and problem-solving skills
Be able to effectively direct and coach others and the broader JLL organization
Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to roll up his/her sleeves and work effectively with minimal direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable and calm demeanor
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize important tasks over others
Ability to analyze and compile a large amount of data and come up with conclusive results
Ability to motivate, coordinate and ensure proper time management across a matrixed team of people
