Job Description:

The Vascular Program Manager plans, organizes, directs and supervises daily activities in the non-Invasive Vascular Lab in accordance with the accepted hospital policies and procedures, and according to standards as established through the accreditation body ICAVL. Provides guidance and leadership for the staff. Works collaboratively with the OR vascular coordinator and nurse manager(s) of vascular units to define and work on various quality related topics specific to the vascular program.

The Vascular Program manager is responsible for staffing the labs, demonstrating clinical proficiency, educates and coaches staff members, and collaborates with the vascular medical director on projects and department initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare related field

Master's Degree preferred.

Minimum of three years experience in a healthcare supervisory role, including at least two years in a vascular related role.

Registered Vascular Technologist (R.V.T.) or other registration in vascular ultrasound technology is required.

CPR certification required/will be required.
