You'll ensure that all is running efficiently in the office. You'll be answering calls, greeting guests, planning travel, scheduling appointments, and essentially taking care of the day-to-day. You'll pull together reports and presentations, or you might plan an event or an office move. Your role is essential to building an environment where everyone can do their best work.

What you'll be doing:
  • Providing office support for the local team.

  • Scheduling and arranging meetings and appointments.

  • Answering calls and greeting visitors.

  • Preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence.

  • Onboarding new administrative team members.

  • Finding new ways to increase office efficiency and innovative ways to support the team.

What we're looking for: You'll need to have:
  • A Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • A degree.

  • Are motivated by being an integral part of the team, doing your part to enable others to do their job well.

  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and working towards tight deadlines.

  • Strong with developing your own process that keeps you organized and on schedule, while ensuring those you support stay prepared and informed.

  • Willingness to help others-and happy to do what it takes to support the team.

  • Experience juggling multiple high priority projects.

  • Experience supporting a team for their administrative needs.

  • Great Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Where you'll be working

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $75,000.00 and $140,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
